Designs by Katharine Designs by Katharine was begun as a result of family and friends who encouraged Katharine to do her designs on walls. Katharine began her art career by painting art designs on ladies nails. She eventually graduated her designs from very small to very large and currently uses walls as her canvas. Katharine is a proud mother of two boys Joshua and Quinn. Her husband Thomas McCormack is very supportive of her art talents. "First I meet with the client and we discuss what they want to accomplish with their unique design. Everything is taken into consideration before we produce the final design. That is, the likes and dislikes of the client. And how color and texture play a vital role in the theme already established in the home.
And the mood the client wants to convey. Sometimes the client wants soft colors and others want stronger vibrant colors. My challenge is to give the client more than what they expect."
